Our Services Almori Pools provides design, engineering, production, installation, and maintenance services for swimming pools and water features, for both residential clients and real estate/resort developers. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for any project will be set out in a separate signed quotation, proposal, or contract ("Project Agreement"), which takes precedence over these general Terms where there is a conflict. 3. Quotations and Pricing Quotations are valid for [30] days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, or scope changes identified after an initial site visit or survey. Any variation to agreed scope of work will be documented and may affect price and timeline. 4. Payment Terms Payment schedules will be outlined in the Project Agreement (e.g., deposit, milestone payments, final payment on completion). Late payments may incur interest or suspension of works, as specified in the Project Agreement. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. 5. Project Timelines Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on standard conditions. Delays caused by weather, site access, third-party approvals, custom material lead times, or client-requested changes are outside our control and may extend the schedule. We will communicate any material delays as soon as reasonably possible. 6. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to: Provide accurate site information and access for surveys, installation, and servicing Obtain any necessary permits or approvals required from developers, homeowners' associations, or authorities, unless otherwise agreed Ensure the site is safe and accessible for our teams and equipment 7. Warranties We warrant our workmanship and materials in accordance with the specific warranty terms set out in your Project Agreement. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Equipment supplied by third-party manufacturers is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. 8. Liability To the extent permitted by law, Almori Pools' liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the value of the relevant Project Agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of use, profit, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by law. 9. Cancellations and Changes Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees for work already completed or materials ordered, will be specified in the Project Agreement. Requests to change project scope after work has commenced may affect cost and timeline and require written agreement. 10. Intellectual Property Design concepts, drawings, and plans created by Almori Pools remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing, and may not be reproduced or used by third parties without our consent. 11. Website Use Content on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce our content without permission. 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise agreed in a specific Project Agreement. 13.
